We have 6 healing mums connected to this intimate healing vibration circle! It’s time to level up and truly radiate in 2025 ladies - frequency is the new medicine! We will begin with Marie who will guide us through the importance and power of fostering a mother's/woman's intuition and aligning with our purpose through motherhood. Zineea will then teach us about how Tibetan dietary practices can support the body’s innate ability to self-heal. Claudia will then present us with an understanding of the powers of herbal/mycelium healing for mental health and wellness. Grace will nourish our bodies with organic nibbles & soul warming teas and the main healing experience will be conducted by Aman who will take us on a sound bath journey of meditation & breath work while Lori offers gentle Reiki balancing, elevating the sound and vibrations to deeply restore our energy on a cellular level – leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to embrace a new found calm for the new year! We will also have a small market where you will be able to shop for some gifts to help elevate yourself and/or your loved ones!
