This was my first time doing a parasite cleanse so I wasn't really sure what to expect or what I was doing lol. Lori was amazing, she made sure I was prepared for a cleanse and helped guide me through it, she recommended I continue for 20 days which I did and that's when the real purge happened, one worm was about 3 inches!
