This organic coconut flour is made of ground coconut meat and is an excellent substitute to wheat. It’s rich texture and natural sweetness makes it an ideal choice for baking – you can substitute anywhere from 10-30% of regular flour with coconut flour. We use this to make our much loved raw balls!
